As Trainink has grown, they’ve developed a lot of custom software applications and integrations for their business. Not only is their software moving very fast, so is the team. A lot of developers join Trainink every month.

The new team members should be up and running as quickly as possible, but this has proven to be challenging, because the onboarding process is completely unstructured. Your team has suggested that a process engine be used to support the process of onboarding new developers. You will be implementing the Onboard Developer process (which the developers insist on calling the n00boarding process for some reason, much to the dismay of the product owner) with Camunda in the next few assignments.
